CandrevaPlate-OFS is a great way to get A camera and B camera very close together on a 2 camera shoot. The offset plate enables one camera to move to the side 3.5". 

Milled from a solid block of aluminum. QR plate is built in. Screws provided to attach a standard sliding base plate bottom to mount the camera.
